What would you change to attract women?

Man, there's just SO much.

1 - Dress. Women aren't usually found in bathrooms and the places in which they're found most often don't accept naked men.
2 - Try adding some movement. Interactions with women aren't that static. You'll have to open them, talk a bit. Except on Tinder. For tinder, that pic, editing the toothpaste spills from mirror out, will be nice.

Well, jokes aside, you're good to go. You've probably been good to go for some months now, there's no reason for you not to open.
Look at PUA and game literature if you're uneasy about it. For me it was a great confidence booster, knowing there was an "algorithm" I could follow when I had little or no idea about what to do.

stop thinking that you are supposed to use your looks to attract women. that's not how it works. you're a man. women use their looks to attract men, but men pursue attractive women.

you only need enough looks so that women aren't creeped out when you pursue them, and you're already at that level.

work on your game and approach more women.
