Wrong sub.

The rules of the sub clearly stay this is not the right sub to ask for fitness advice. This sub is about social skills, inner game with the purpose of attracting women.

Yes, fitness can help attract women, but specific advice on diet and workout belong in subs that focus on that, not on this one.

Having money also attracts women and yet this sub isn’t about advice in making money, there are other relevant subs for that.

If you start bringing any possible area that could help to attract women then we would go off-topic in this sub.

Ask your doctor to provide a roadmap to what you are able to do physically. Long distance running isn't probably going to be on the list. Usually any kind of strength training (in moderation) isn't going to put your heart in jeopardy. Idk if there is a way to, "get fit fast" regardless of where you are now.

Yes we are aware that fitness can help attract girls, but you aren’t asking about girls you are specifically asking for workout routines and diet tips. And this isn’t the sub to talk about that.

Like others point out, money also helps attract women and yet this isn’t the sub to talk about making money.

Having a good career or job also helps attract women and yet this isn’t the sub to talk about career advice or writing CVs, because again there are specific subs for that.

If we brought every single thing that could help attract women then this sub would be all over the place, it wouldn’t have a focus, and we would go off topic too easily.

So, you can go to other subs and ask there for diet tips

Weight loss isn’t about exercise, it’s about calorie counting. In my personal experience, intense exercise often makes weight loss more difficult, as it stimulates your appetite. Tracking calories + lots of walking is the best formula for weight loss. Check with your doctor first if you have a medical condition though.

What does eating healthy look like for you? Use an online TDEE calculator to find your estimated daily calorie burn.

If you want to shred a bit of weight fast-ish then you want to eat 500 calories less than the number the calc gives you. Eat less for faster weight loss

If you want defined or larger muscles, get ready to lift weights for at least 2 years. You can do that in a deficit if you have enough fat on you. If you don't then you should eat in a surplus and cut later.

I went from 250 w/ no muscle to 165 with some muscle and looking so much better. I actually get attention if I work my looks up a bit. I don't even have to looks max for that to happen either. A tank top and shorts with cleaned hair and beard works wonders.

There really is no natural shortcut to achieve weight loss than dieting. A calorie deficit is really important to lose weight, and doing things such as eating more “clean” (cutting out junk foods like soda and chips, cooking at home vs. buying processed foods, eating more calorie dense foods such as chicken - rice - broccoli) go a long way to help lose weight.

I really can go further into some actions you could take to lose weight (presumably you mean losing body fat and not simply wanting the scale to be a tiny bit lower, as losing water weight will do that for you), but you said you have a heart condition and I really think the first thing you should do is talk to a doctor or some other type of medical professional because no one here knows the extent/severity of your heart condition, so any advice given to you on your weight loss journey should come after a medical evaluation of some sort.

Also, I’m just a regular guy who has a basic knowledge of weight loss. r/loseit is a good subreddit for that.

Dude, u and most people would very unlikely to hit athlete’s danger level.

The word ‘fit’ usually follows by ‘to do what’. So fill in the blank.

Generally speaking, there’s always consequence when u don’t accept the price. So if u wanna be fit and health bla bla, go ask a specialist. There’s no fruit on lazy soil
