Well hit it off with a girl, and I ended up ruining it. Got clingy and felt like I could make a relationship happen if I did everything right (trying to be a nice guy). Looking back everything I did wrong was obvious. But in the moment I got excited and threw it out the window. It’s so frustrating to think I’ve made no progress with talking to women at this point. Any tips on how to keep your shoulders back and keep learning?

Any ideas on how to avoid reverting to being a nice guy would be welcome too.
