I have trauma of texting, any kind of digital contact with women to be specific, I'm not active on social media, and rather stay away from it.

With that, sometimes I feel like this "trauma" can be a problem. I went to my grandma's house today, where my cousin lives, her friend was there for a couple of hours and we talked, it was nice, she was cool and asked me questions out of the blue.

Regardless if she is into me or not, there's not much that I can do other than message her on Instagram (something I never do) or ask my cousin for her phone number. Either way, I'm not comfortable doing it, everytime I text a girl things just go south, they seem to be uninterested, and I lose interest because I have a bunch of other things to do during my day.

If I'm in person, chances are women won't think I'm attractive, but through text, it's a fact that things will turn to shit.

How do you guys do it, is it possible to just use text for logistics nowadays?

Ps: That's the least of my problems when it comes to women, I'm absolutely the worst at it LOL.
