You're always screening women
But it's up to you if you want to sleep with as many as you can or only spend time with the ones you find genuinely cool
I'd say just talk to all of them who are giving you attention, and only spend time with the ones who make it easy.
You'll know because they make it easy to know their schedule, and they will agree to a date with enthusiasm
If there's any "oh idk I'm busy" or "work is crazy" just leave it there
But trust me, when you do decide to settle down with a woman maybe in 10-15 years or whatever, you AND her will be glad you took this time to develop the skills to become a man who is fluent with women and dating

Live your life in a way that minimizes regret. Think about if you're 70, looking back at this time in your life. Would you regret it if you didn't do this or that? Use this as your guide

As someone currently in the stud phase, I'd say go for it. I've learned so much about girls and have had great times. I also have matured a lot and feel prepared to deal with weird situations.
Just make sure you don't turn into an asshole. I noticed that I was starting to become an entitled asshole. This made it easier to attract a certain type of girls but made it harder to have them stick around.

As someone currently in the stud phase
Is it too late to have one if you're only starting the self-improvement journey at 21?

Idk I'm 22 and never really had a self improvement journey, just always did what I wanted

Well, I will do everything in my power to increase my appeal anyway and see if I can not only lose my dateless virgin status, but make up for all of that lost time.

Sounds like quite the transformation and confidence gain!
In my opinion, you always need to keep your game sharp for when your dream girl comes by.
Also, I think in this life phase it is crucial to build a certain locus of control when it comes to girls. That when you want to charm someone you actually can.
This confidence will be helpful in all future “serious” relationships

One thing I’ve noticed about life so far is that you regret the things you don’t do a lot more than the dumb things you actually do. So I’d say just go for it, even if it ends up being a waste of time at least you’ll be able to say you made something happen.

Sleeping around is a lifestyle. And as with any lifestyles you either like it or not.
So I would say try it out and see how it goes. Just don’t be sad if you were not able to do it. Cause this type of lifestyle is not for everyone.

Not saying you should sleep around, but here are some pros. It will increase your experience seducing women and being comfortable interacting with them, which will better help you be able to get the right girl when the time comes. I met my gf on hinge and I honestly think I would’ve had trouble pulling her if I didn’t have girl experience from going on lots of random online dates and sleeping around.
Also, for someone without a lot of experience, sleeping around will likely increase your confidence which goes a long way with women in my opinion.
Finally, you don’t want to settle and sleeping around will give you a better idea of what you like and what you don’t like that will better inform your future relationship decisions.

Hahaha, you sound like the younger version of me. Almost to the letter.
Get your stud phase out of the way as a young man because I can assure you, I've seen guys in their 50's trying to get the stud phase they never had in their youth and it's a total dumpster fire.
You shouldn't be trying to settle down at all in your 20's. You have absolutely no idea what is out there and there is honestly rarely a woman in her 20's that is looking for a deep, meaningful relationship either.
