Well in terms of classic game it sounds like you're 'peacocking', drawing them in with an interesting appearance. But initial attraction never guarantees sex.

People will probably need to know more about the messages you're sending to give much more advice.

But I can say don't launch straight into an invitation somewhere, that's a bit thirsty (and bubble tea, why? if you're not in Asia or picking up Asian girls this seems very odd). You probably need to be baiting a bit more to get them further intrigued. Hint at things and let them draw it out of you. Build up a story.

Now let’s say a man with a basic outfit but has a dominant charismatic personality approached that girl in the bar and escalated past the friend zone you’re in.

The next day she texts her friend “omg that man was so fucking sexy. He walked up to me with so much confidence and I literally melted in his eye contact. He took me to the dance floor and I swear he was teasing me all night. My friends wanted to leave so he took my number. I hope he texts me. I want to fuck him 🤤”

A little exaggerated but still more likely than the first scenario.

I have a gay friend who dresses like you. He gets a ton of attention from women, the same as you do. Everywhere I go with him, women compliment him. It means absolutely nothing. I dress mostly simple. Nice button ups black/grey/white and jeans. I pull girls everywhere. Not because of my super cool style but because of my confidence and charisma.

It sounds like you have an interesting look that makes people notice you, but you’re lacking escalation skills and not taking the lead (as the man should).

Women are approaching you then bailing on you to be with their friends. They are taking over the dominant role in the situation and all you’re doing is getting their Instagram and expecting them to be excited about that?

You should be leading. Approach them. Invite their friends to come dance/chill with you at the bar. Escalate past exchanging social media. Social media is for friends. Numbers are for people you’re interested in.

I think your look is initially getting interest from girls, but you need to do more to get them attracted and invested. It's basically game that you need and there are many ideas and resources you can check on that. But, here are few things you may want to try.

It's possible you are a shiny object that they flock to, but you need to do more to make a connection. Consider a frame where you make the interaction man to woman. Let them know you are a sexual man, she's an attractive prospect and it's completely normal for you to convey that to her. Talking with girls and showing sexual intent is totally normal for you. Your used to it. That's an attraction frame you can set. Just try anything that moves in that direction like telling her she's a sexy girl, but don't over do it. It needs to be normal and not a big deal. You want the girl to think you are a sex worthy man and are used to sexualizing conversations with girls like her. So, right now if you're just having fun and being a friend in the moment, you may want to sexualize it a bit. Build more attraction.

Also, find out more about the girl and open up about yourself a little more after you have attraction. Basically build comfort with the girl. She needs to know you are normal.

It all comes down to attraction and comfort. This is basically game. Do it any way you think fits you. But, be sure attraction is there, and then make a connection so there is trust. You're probably not establishing enough so they aren't invested. Of course, if you have sex with them in the same night you meet them, that fixes alot of things. But, short of that you can just improve your game a bit.
