It depends what is your intention and how honest you are about it... do you actually want a relationship or just have sex? It sounds like the girl wants to build something but her sexual desires are getting the better of her. The fact you sound impatient indicates you just want sex, if this is what you want then make it clear to her.

Oh she's into you, she's just teasing you along. Eventually she'll give it up. She wouldn't keep dating you if she didn't want to. When I was younger, I'd flip the script on them. I'd wait til she wanted to have sex, then after sex, I'd turn her down every time she wanted sex. Now I'm older and don't mess with chicks that play those games. If you wanna fuck, then fuck. Why does it have to be a conversation? Move on with your life, find a different path. She has apparently decided what she is....and isn't willing to do with you. If you guys text or talked on the phone, did you primarily initiate the communication? Allow me to digress, you have to respect her feelings on engaging in sex. So, if I were you and this isn't meeting your expectations, look elsewhere. Now, after you do this......if she contacts you, that would be the time when you lay out how you feel/felt. If nothing else, you would know where you stand with her

Well it seems like things are escalating and pretty quickly.. is it possible that you're just impatient?
If it were me I'd want to sleep with this nice cool guy I've been seeing, but I'd be worried he was only interested in using me for sex.
Two dates is like nothing in terms of getting to know someone. And you've already made her orgasm. If I were her I'd be thinking "I don't want to have sex too soon, but things are feeling really promising here, I know he's decent in bed if he's made me finish and we haven't even had sex yet."
TBH it doesn't really even seem like she has hangups about sex at this point. She barely knows you.
I'd give it a shot and see if it keeps escalating. She's pretty clearly telling you that she's not looking for hookups and doesn't do casual sex anymore. So she wants to feel a connection and like you're actually interested in her for her.
Maybe go on a date where there is no possibility of sex. Try and see if you click with her as a person and if you're interested in an actual relationship.
I see absolutely nothing to suggest that she's not into sex or even really has hangups. She's just at a slightly different pace than you are.

What you described is COERCION, not consent. Which is at LEAST adjacent to rape.
Nothing wrong about respectfully asking about her sexual boundary, but dont listen to this guy. She may relent and have sex with you, but you're a disgusting human being for doing it.

Oh dude, you seriously need to check yourself if you think coercion requires violence or threats of violence. I am not trying to harp on you, but this girl told you no. Instead of respecting that, you acted kind of pissed and made it appear you were trying to leave. She then relented and decided having sex with you now on your terms was better than not seeing you again. She was clearly interested, but maybe she wanted more commitment. Maybe wasn't totally comfortable. Or maybe she just didnt fucking want to that night. Whatever her reason, you didnt respect it and instead pushed her to do something she didnt want to do.
You move at the speed which is comfortable for all. No faster, no slower. You forced her to move faster than she wanted. It's a dick move.
