In basketball, the best shooters are the ones who have short memory and just shoot. They don't hesitate on shots, even if they've missed 10 straight. They don't think about the last missed shot all game, because they think the next one is going in.

Stop thinking and just do it. That's how you develop confidence. Even if you crash and burn, the willingness to be open to rejection will give you confidence in the long run

Put clothes that feels comfortable for you and makes you stand out. You'll naturally feel more confident wearing something you like and feels comfortable.

Change your body language, the way you walk, the way you talk..

Be kind but not nice!

Start having conversations with no strings attached. That will give you a bank of positive experiences to draw from and will demonstrate that there is nothing to fear in having conversations with women. Once you’ve done that, you’ll find it easier to transition into flirtier ones.

Confidence comes from trying and getting success. It also means mitigating the amount of self critical reflection when things don’t go your way. So if you want to increase your confidence, do more of which makes you uncomfortable and don’t beat yourself up for failing along the way.

The best thing you can do is let go of expectations. Have conversations to have that experience. Don't go into them as I need to get this woman to like me, or date me. Just have conversations. But, be aware that women all know that men can be dangerous, they can be controlling, demanding, scary, manipulative, etc, so they are on high alert when you go to chat them up. If they seem nervous, best let them go. Men need to be aware of women's experiences instead of their focus on making themselves feel better by approaching women randomly.

Supreme confidence, why should you need to have SUPREME confidence. Just do and practice, and slowly (or maybe even fast) you are getting better, get results, get experienced. And that gives confidence. And when you have some level of confidence and do, practice, act, you well have better and better results.
