If you are in the same social circle, just continue to be yourself, show your value, and date others too. Who knows, they might come around in the end after getting to know you better (has happened to me many times, as long you show higher value and not playing her mind games)

I say text anyway and if they don't respond. You know for sure and move on. If they do respond they might just want to keep you in the friend zone and you can decide if you want to be friends with them or not. Good luck. 👍
