Find out what she’s passionate about and invite her for an activity that involves it

Ex1) she loves cooking, invite her to an exotic cooking class

Ex2) she loves weed, tour a dispensary or hot box your car

Just straight up asking her out is far to abrupt and could seem out of the blue. It might work but there is a fairly high chance you catch her off guard she panics and just ignores you or turns you down.

You'll likely have more success if you break the ice first. If you already have some chemistry then I would assume you know something about her. I.e. Interests or whatever. E.g. Say she likes goats. Message her saying "hey I saw a goat the other day and it reminded me of how much you loved goats. How have you been?"

Send her a message that has to do with anything you guys used to talk about in the past and try to organize that you two meet up, don't even talk about how you feel leave that for your actions when you do meet in person.

People change and with some you can reconnect and it'll be as if you never missed a day. With others you can grow distant.
