They definitely help but you need to assimilate the knowledge after you read it. It took some time for me until I really understood and took the principles to heart.

My life drastically changed, dick size increased to 10 inches, hieght increased to 7 feet tall, got jacked and shredded, race and ethnicity changed to a caucasian!!! All thanks to these books

But fr tho, these books are good for nailing the fundamentals down, they just cover the basic stuff.

They’ve tremendously improved my dating life — in unexplainable ways. Over the weekend I went on four dates with four different girls. The first girl came home with me after we bar hopped/went bowling for several hours. The second girl I met for a coffee date and she enthusiastically mentioned how she’s up to meet again, which I definitely will set up later in the week. The third girl I met up with at a brewery and kiss-closed, and also set up another tentative date with for next weekend. The fourth girl I met at a different brewery and will be coming over to my place sometime soon to watch Spider Man.

I think models is a great book. When I first read it I was pretty enlightened, however, my life didnt change at all. My dating life still sucked after reading it. So I decided to read it again with the hopes that a second read would actually result in improvements with my dating life. Well guess what? It didnt. My dating life still was garbage after the second read.

The issue with books like that is that it doesnt provide actionable or practical ways to improve your dating life. These books are really just "feel good books" and mental masturbation.

My dating life finally exponentially improved when I start doing night club cold approach game. This was 4 months ago. You can read my field reports to see yourself. Ive documented my journey since day 1.

If you want real change for the better in your life then you need to take action. Feel good books and mental masturbation doesn't cut it.

Excuse the paragraph I'm about to write, but hear me out. Back in 2019, I met a sexy, blonde girl at work. She was sweet, had tattoos, sex was great, enjoyed my time with her. I wasn't even sure how I landed this sexy girl. I was wholly inexperienced for a girl like this. Having only 1 GF and a couple of lack-luster ONS. Needless to say my inexperience along with anxiety, lack of confidence, I only dated her for 2 months or so before she ended it.

This leads to me to "Tyler Duden" Aka Owen and Julien, RSD. I watched the videos. Went out to malls, bookstores, and coffee shops. Talked to girls at the gym. I even attended a 'Pick-up' Class held by Owen in NYC along with some of Julien's teachings. Do you know what happened?

Yep, that's right I GOT FUCKING LA... nothing absolutely nothing. His 'tricks and tips' or do this or say that to a girl... "pumping your state up". All bullshit. they feed you. I did learn about myself in those moments however. It wasn't getting me closer to dating any girls.

Eventually, I ran into 3% man, Mark Manson Models, and the Subtle art of not giving a fuck. Those books really helped me put things into perspective. I became less obsessive over "The girl who left me". I focused more on myself (not RSD pump your state, change your mind crap) rather than desperately trying to get a date or talk to some pretty girl. It wasn't much longer I met a girl at a bar, now my GF for a year and a half.

Just remember to Read the books, THEN actually do what they say in the real world.

These are excellent resources.

3% Man -- will help instill the idea of backing the hell off. To relax. The most important points is keeping texting to minimum: its use is to build some minimal attraction and set up dates, with little communication in between. The other important idea is, as a man, do not be the one to bring up the idea of a relationship or push for a relationship. Let the woman have the pleasure of becoming closer to you and be the one to suggest being exclusive. Until then, don't talk about it, have fun, hook up, date around...when she wants more she will let you know and start becoming a bigger part of your life.
1. Personal Note: If you incorporate 3% man's idea of texting with the mindset of Playing with Fire texting (YouTube channel) -- PwF is especially good for when girls either stop responding or only occasionally respond -- you will be a (minimal) texting beast w a much higher success rate of getting girls on dates
Models -- imo the most important part of this book is being honest and vulnerable. And through that strength you let others become honest and vulnerable with you.

These are excellent starts to getting on the path of finding a killer mindset socially.

Eh, its the same. Basic principles of be yourself, be confident, and the sorts is all those books provide. Reading them wont make girls magically attracted to you.

Yes. The book Model take alot of useless pressure of being an alpha beta gamma shit and gave alot of confidence in wearing heart on the sleeves. Be genuine and not just get laid, but find life partner who is genuinely interested in growth. you just need to be okay with loosing those women who are not interested in you, and believe me aren't good for you.

Dont look for magic pills, models is great, but it’s part of a journey, learn to enjoy the journey and make little progress all the time. Don’t focus on the end goal but focus on improving and implementing

My question is, those who read these book or one of them, did you dating/sex life/ interactions with women change for the better ?

Those books were great introductions and taught me theory and concepts but ultimately I needed to learn in the field through trial and error.

You cant pause an interaction with a woman and quickly refer back to your notes and books.

I did this constantly in my early days and it made me super ponderous and unnatural like some robot and girls could just feel it.

I'd start off super strong cause I had a script and everything but then I'd get lost and panic cause I was trying to mentally refer back to my notes and books while she just sat there confused.

I often find the next steps difficult hence the books.

The books simply cannot teach this. This is all calibration which you only learn from fucking up and that's terrifying for most guys but it's how you develop a frame of reference.

The books are a great resource to learn basic concepts and refer back to (after you came back from the field) but too many guys use them as a crutch when you should just get out there and practice.
