The real question you should ask is:

“Is 132 pounds too heavy for me?”

That’s something you and only you should answer. Do you feel light weight? Do you feel like your body is heavy to carry around? Can you easily jump and run without feeling like you are carrying too much weight?

because what other people think is irrelevant and the sooner you learn that it is irrelevant the better for you.

Don’t even think about the number of pounds as healthy or unhealthy IMO - if you eat healthy foods in medium portions and cut out processed ones (and sugar), and exercise for moderate to high intensity 4 days a week, you’re not too heavy.

If you’re not doing those two things then do them for 6 months and see how it changes your weight. If it drops - then you were likely at an unhealthy weight. If not - then you’re just fine!

A doctor could also determine that you are within a healthy weight range but experiencing severe anxiety and/or emotional distress and refer you to a psychotherapist to help you work on those mental health issues.

Hell no. But depends on age. If you're that weight at 30 not so bad. At 20 it's fine but do realize people usually get bigger as they get older and their metabolism slows down so keep it in mind to watch your weight. If you want to keep a guy it's more about your attitude and how you treat and respect him.
