She's an old friend, and we have a good time together, but she's definitely not that kinda friend, the kind you consider as family. So I said go grab a coffee or something. She asked "who else is going?" And I replied "no one, just us, like a date" and she proceeded to answer "we are friends."

Even though it was a fail. I just feel so good for doing it. I wouldn't have done this a year ago, or I would've but second guessing myself. That's it, just wanted to share it.
