Women will notice the insecurities that you 'project' by your behavior. If you start acting weak because of what you are wearing, they will notice the behavior but not necessarily why.

You should remember that when it comes to physical appearance, guys are much more ruthless in how they judge girls, then vice-versa. Looks are a much smaller proportion of attraction than for us, so no need to be so self conscious. Also, girls have 'types' based on their father, previous relationships, etc. that they are attracted to, it could be the nerdy skinny guy, etc.... so don't blow yourself out of the water just because you're not the ideal guy as portrayed by society..

I think they do pick up on when you're faking confidence and actually confident. Make yourself look how YOU want you to look.

If you're generally confident, then no they won't notice that you're insecure in that regard. If you start walking funny in jeans or whatever- they might notice. If certain clothing makes you feel insecure, you may just want to avoid them. I don't wear any jeans because I find them stiff and uncomfortable, it generally helps to be comfortable in your clothing.

Peacocking my friend. Own those skinny legs mate, they are yours. Wear super-skinny jeans and stride with confidence. Woman will look at you as you are. Don’t try and hide anything, that’s when a woman will be put off. Skinny jeans with lots of character, a belt, nice socks and great clean shoes. Wish I had skinny legs bro. Done too much weight lifting and my legs resemble a cows now. Don’t think I’ll ever wear super skinny jeans in my life time. Walking around looks a lot more chill with skinny legs.

Anyway, the only thing that’ll put a woman off is hiding and lack of confidence. If you’ve got insecurities then eventually you’ll express that in one way or another. So, no hiding, instead, peacock.

Oh yes. They fucking do. It's like their Ying essence - always be testing Yang for being phoney.

I know - they tend to be noticing even slightest insecurities.

However, if you are like improving these insecurities - it's generally 200% better and more "stronger alpha" move, than being a "nice guy". I.e., I can be quite nervously moving my body around a girl, because - it's my personality. However, I know that I may be nervous, wrong, etc., and I am ok with that. It's then something unique. I don't pretend to be "immoveable alpha" all the time - it's too restrictive and fake. Better to be like Sasha Daygame (who's like also neurotic extravert) - IF you are like that.

Not sure if this helps, but women have insecurities too, and it's generally just beneath the surface of their persona. In my younger days I used to look at insecurity as weakness, but I think everyone is insecure in some way. I now approach insecurity as just a part of someone's personality. Many are actively trying to address their insecurities the best way they can, and some actually achieve their goals.
