Make sure its clean, neat, organized and free of the usual "man-child" accoutrements, such as X-box out in the open, playboys, swimsuit posters, tissue boxes/cumrags and smelly clothes in piles on the floor.

Decor is important, make it austere, modern and masculine/conservative. Avoid tchochkies, frilly feminine shit and gay-ass colors like pink.

The bathroom had better be sparkling. Replace the toilet seat with a new one. Most girls are terrified of bathroom germs (which yes is odd because their own bathrooms are disgusting), and a clean bathroom is bonus points in their minds.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'd say that the studio apartment is a good option, as long as it's clean and modern looking. That's what matters most to women.

Nothing wrong with a small studio. Just make sure it’s clean and kept. The latter is way more important than the size

Don't spend more money just to have girls over. You don't want to go poor just to get laid. Having your own place is good enough as long as it's nice and clean. A studio is better than having roommates at least haha
