Especially if you're choosing the right girls (which I'm sure Julien screens for), even if they don't do it they'll laugh and the conversation will continue.

How is any of this offensive if the girl was attracted and wanted to kiss him? He takes the burden off her by making the move. Plus the insane ballsiness pumps her full of emotions and she's having fun.
