Do the triangle trick. Glance from her left eye to her right eye to her lips back to her left eye. Keep making this triangle (slowly, don't look like you're twitching) and smile. It gives your eyes more "liveliness" than just staring and coupled with a warm smile you come off as interested rather than creepy.

Either way, eye contact, even if its on the creepy side, will net you more success than staring at the floor!

Well.. It does happen in the begging.. But you get used to it...

Just remember to keep a slight smile on ur face and all will be fine. The smile is very important.

Just make it a point to push your boundaries of comfort on this. Remember that it is supposed to make them uncomfortable, that is part of the point. It is showing dominance. Stop giving a shit that some stranger might think you are creepy. Strangers don't don't determine who you really are.

creeping strangers

I have the same problem. This normally happens in a college classroom setting for me and it seems like there's always one or two girls with there eyes locked onto me instead of the person speaking. So I usually locked eyes with them for .0000001 of a second and then move to the person that is talking.

Learn how to smile. Practice in the mirror. It will make you seem open and friendly and studies have shown will most likely also improve your own mood.

The point of strong eye contact and body language is to show you're a strong, confident person. Pair that with a slight smile and a generally friendly attitude and you'll be a lot more attractive and less threatening. Especially whilst approaching/opening a woman.

Meh. It may seem weird if your not used to it. Some people will get creeped out but that's probably because they're in a weirder headspace than you are.

Smile or say hey to someone if you hold the door open for them or something. When your holding eye contact with a cute girl nothing should be going through your mind except the thought of fucking them. At least when your just practicing holding eye contact. The vibe you give off when you do something like that is crazy. You can almost see the girl's vagina moistening through her eyes. Most of the times they'll eye fuck you back or look down and away if they're nervous.

I'd suggest going for brief eye contact until you get an idea of what the girl is comfortable with. If she meets your eyes often, she's more comfortable with it and you can ramp it up a bit. If she's more inclined to glance away, she's probably intimidated or overstimulated, so tone it down a bit.

In a conversation, you can make more eye contact; it feels much more natural to make eye contact when you're actively communicating to each other. Also, smiling while you look into someone's eyes will make it more intimate than intimidating. Staring into just one of her eyes will feel more intense to her than switching back and forth between both her eyes; as someone else mentioned, you can also look at her mouth.
