Stop looking for a magical answer. There isn't one thing that someone is going to say that is going to totally change the way you game. There isn't a secret answer to getting women. The only way to improve at anything is to put it into practice, reflect on what you did and improve where necessary. That's why there isn't a secret answer. What might be hindering your game someone else could be really good at. Approach anxiety, hell even any anxiety is never going to go away. The quicker you realize that this is more of an inward battle than an outward battle the sooner you can step into the freedom of the living. Most of the time your thoughts aren't present minded because we get caught up in our expectations. Stop discouraging yourself when you build up expectations and shoot yourself down when things don't pan out according to plan. You're going to make mistakes. It's going to happen with anything but they're necessary for improvement. So stop looking for that magical answer because you're not going to find it.
