Women on the street, at cafes check me out and stare at me a lot. How can I convert that into #'s and "dates"?

Go up smile and ask them what they decided to get? God you can be brutally honest here, I've done that and it worked out well; made new friends from it. Just say you spend a lot of time on the internet, and now you want to get out and meet new people, ask them how they're doing.

Really there's all sorts of things you can do here, just start doing it. If you fail that's part of learning, pick yourself up dust yourself off and start again.

you ever tried, "Hi" ? seriously, if a girl is already checking you out you need to do absolutely one thing: not fuck up. Just say hi, introduce yourself and make some small talk. Tell her you'd love to continue the conversation later, and you two should get coffee together. done.

I saw a group of girls staring at me at a bar while I was eating. I finished my meal, texted my friends not to wait up and just let me know when they switch bars so I know where to go. I then walked over to the girls and said "You three were staring at me the entire time. Where I am that means one of two things: I'm incredibly attractive, or I have bad table manners."

Just talk to them. If they are staring at you they are already interested on some level so you have more leeway to fuck around.

Don't say Hi, ask their name, ask any questions or whatever. Go straight into telling them a little story about what funny thing happened with your day and who you met etc. as if you two have already gotten the boring introduction out of the way and are already having a laugh with each other and flirting.

By doing this you go straight into the stimulated state of mind and it infects her with stimulation also. Equally so, if you go up to her with a nervous introduction, she will mirror your state and be nervous too, which for many people is not as enjoyable a feeling as the one when you are relaxed and flowing and stimulating in your performance.

Pick your state. Go into it. Spread it around. Win.
