Ask for a coffee after the gym, the next time you see her. The only way that you can be sure if she is interested. If she gives some excuse then just be friendly and never ask for a date until she does.

Well tbf I’ve been going to the gym for 6+ months now and haven’t talked to a single stranger nor have I ever seen strangers talking so yeah I’d say if she’s actively talking to you, exchanging snap and playfully testing you it’s kinda obvious she’s interested in you.

She's interested, the question is how much.

The dead giveaway is the little tease she gives you as she's leaving (I'm assuming she was increasing the speed on your treadmill). She wanted to leave an impression ;)

The way you avoid fucking this is up is by not reading her interest for more than what it was, and taking note of her little tease.

One of these days, I'm gonna write up a post on the stages of a girl's interest level, there's roughly 4-5. Because girls do go through stages, sometimes slow, sometimes fast, but always the same sorta plateaus of interest.

The first stage is getting on her radar. Sometimes she's warm for your form, and already there by the time you approach. She'll likely give approach signals in that case. You get this level basically by approaching and talking to her. You're not just a face in the crowd anymore.

The next stage is initial attraction. This is when she decides to invest some time in an interaction. Old school PUA types used to call this the hook point. This usually happens as a result of a few successful flirtations where you qualify her, she responds and you reward her with a bit of rapport or interest. Or you pass a shit test. Doesn't take much, but often her attitude visibly changes and her attention is now on you.

The next stage is where you have some momentum. She's usually dropping IOIs at this point, and starting to play back. By this point she's usually open to being isolated (in a night game context) or giving you some contact info (day game). By this point she's beyond curious and is now assessing you as a romantic prospect. The important thing here is to keep the momentum going by teasing, leading, building rapport, and escalating in time. This is about where you are now OP.

The fourth stage is where she's trying to arrive at a decision. At this point she'll either get very passive or very assertive, depending on what kind of girl she is, and what she needs to get to a place where she can have sex with you. By this stage, you're often out on a date or isolated with her and this is where the vibe becomes all important, and a little bit of a balancing act. You need to keep qualifying her to keep her attracted and chasing, but you need to balance it out with rapport. By the time you're out of this stage, plausible deniability should be gone, and you should be physically escalating with her.

And the last stage is where she's pretty much made up her mind, she wants you. By this point, she's open to hooking up with you, if not coming onto you. This where physical chemistry and arousal does most of the work attraction-wise and all you need to do is be cool and keep the fun vibes rolling. Around this time, this is also where girls start screening you as boyfriend or fuckbuddy or one-night-stand material, so it's important to not be be needy and know what you want with her. But by now, you're pretty much in the clear.

Now her little tease was actually a very good hint of her to drop. She's telling you both what turns her on, and what she wants out of you. She wants you to be playful, non-needy, and a little mischievous. She wants to chase you, and that can only happen if you're attracting her with confidence. The trick with these girls is to understand that they deal with sex by treating it as no big deal (rather than the opposite), so they're very sexually open, but get turned off by thirsty needy guys who throw themselves at her, rather than tease her with little doses of sexuality. Escalate as a reward, not as a demand, and look for her windows of escalation once you've got her chasing.

Seems like there’s potential theirs. She seems likes bubbly flirtatious type that is quite attractive to most guys. Chances are she’s talking to other guys as well as you. You need to leverage yourself and not only become more attractive but get a little options for yourself to level the playing field. That way you’ll read less into situations like this and you’ll be naturally less needy when you talk to her. If your serious and have time I highly recommend you take some time out to start practicing game. And also set goal of what want out of game. Like be very specific you know l. Because this one girl at the gym is a symptom of inexperience, and will continue to happen if you don’t start gaming the right way

she's being friendly, but she obviously instilled a basic interaction between you two. You won't know if she's interested in you until you decide to make a move or to expose yourself emotionally

Yes, pursue this. Ask her to do something sooner rather than later. Mayeb send a few snaps, then the next time you see her in person, invite her to do something casual and fun. She maybe into you, she's probably down to get to know you a bit, but you'll never know for sure unless you polarize (ask her out).
