There's all sorts of things that could have happened. Maybe she lost her phone. Maybe the cell phone company is having problems. Maybe she wants to call you back but something came up and she's planning on calling you tomorrow. Maybe her apartment is in a dead zone so she misses your calls.

This thing is much more common than you would think. I would just keep calling.

I just got an e-mail from a girl that's ignored me for four weeks.

A while back I got a text from a girl that's ignored periodic SMS's from me for about a year.

Prior to that I've gotten texts or calls from a bunch of girls after months of being quiet.

However I've also had girls later freak out over the fact that they ended up having sex with me "too quickly", or decide that they wanted more, and couldn't face meeting me again because they knew I'm unavailable (married; open relationship, but obviously not up for anything long term/serious), or end up getting back together with a boyfriend right after we met, or finding a new one... And those are just the ones I know about, not the ones that went permanently silent.

Any of the other explanations you give are possible too.

Thing is, chances are you'll never know, but it's also possible she'll pop back into your life later.

Your best bet is to cool it for a while and then include her in your regular text/call "rotation" - try sending her something funny / silly / strange now and again, without asking for a response. Now and again try calling her. By now and again I mean leaving a week or two in between, and increasing the gaps to months if she keeps not responding. Don't seem needy - just keep reminding her about you.

Just stop worrying about it, enjoy other opportunities, and invest just the tiniest little effort to keep the door ajar in case.

Although this post sounds kind of fishy to me for reasons I can't put my finger on, let's go with it:

The big clues are that you kissed within an hour or two of meeting, she paid for dinner and made you watch her eat, fucked you and left. And the most important clue:

Plus now she won't communicate. Doesn't this sound EXACTLY like the sorts of things women complain men are always doing? Because it is.

You may not have as clear an understanding of the one-night-stand type as you think. (They're defined as: women. All of them, potentially, given the right circumstances and levels of loneliness and horniness.) There is no one-night-stand type, that's almost as bad as trollers saying "real women" don't fall for game. Thinking that certain women don't seem like the type has more to do with male virgin/whore psychology than female reality.

So, What to do? You probably already blew it with the multiple texts, so stop trying to contact her, and maybe you'll get a return call for some more action (very doubtful). Perhaps, just perhaps you'll run into her somewhere. You gotta play it cool and like you know the score- you're her FB, nothing more and never will be (sorry). So enjoy the good sex you had, the lessons learned, and don't ask for anything more, and maybe just maybe you'll get to enjoy some more in the future (doubtful, but always a chance) or at the very least will know what to do when the situation arises again.
