I think about self improvement a lot these days and I'll let you know what I come up with in my food for thought posts. These posts are more for me than for you because posting them here, I feel like it's easier to internalize them by kind of materializing them but I think you guys may be able to get something out of it too.

That said, here goes:

A bit of profoundity: happiness and confidence comes from positive experiences, depression comes from negative experiences.

That means, in order to build up confidence and happiness, you need positive experiences.

How do you do that? You might ask yourself, well, it's not that hard actually. Find something you enjoy and do it. Sounds easy, right? Guess what? It is!

The thing you like to do may be a sport, a hobby, your job or just hanging out with your friends. I found skills to be working best because I get a kick out of getting better at them.

Small things matter too, like is your home clean and not too stuffed with shit you don't use anyway?

Recently I cleaned up my base, and always threw or put away things I didn't need right away, so it would be clean all the time. I also put things into the basement that I don't need right now and propably won't will in say the next six months.

What does that have to do with positive experience and/or seduction you might ask.

When I came home after work, I looked around and thought "Woot. Awesome. All neat and tidy, not too stuffed, ALRIGHT! This rocks!" Boom! Positive experience, right there! A woman is looking for positiv experiences too. She wants a confident and happy guy. You can be that man! Just try to align everything you don't like about your life (a messy base will affect you subconsciously.) The small things count.
