Dont worry about the girls you work with. You wait tables at a restaurant you probably come into contact with hot groups of girls constantly! Just lurk around Seddit for a while and get some tips. Practice it on girls you wait at your restaurant! You could be showering in phone numbers, my brother.

Like others have stated here "Do never dip your pen in company ink" and for good reason. In the event things go sour theres gonna be drama even if its not you putting on the show. As an employer once the drama hits I nip the problem in the butt by terminating one or two people due to the hit on moral and productivity that they are causing for my company.

Everyone here is saying not to do it, but coming from someone who has worked in kitchens for 6+ years I say go for it. Workplace relationships are incredibly common in kitchens, and something about the personality of people that work food service makes it not as awkward (most of the time). I'll share some of my tips for gaming in the kitchen, but I'm a cook so its more geared twords talking to them from behind the line.

First of all (and most importantly) you need to be confident about your job. When I say this I mean you have to know how to do your job, and do it well. The reason this is so important is because if you suck at your job you will get yelled at, frustrated, and basically you loose your entire frame. You need to be that guy that people know they can count on.

Secondly, you need to have fun at work. Joke around with your employees, and pick on the wait staff. As a cook I like to toss jokes (or questions) at the servers as they come to get their food (The more ridiculous the better).

Basically you just need to be that guy that everyone likes to work with because your fun and you don't suck at your job. Invite the girls out with you on your smoke break so you dont need to smoke alone. Also in my experience a lot of people will go straight to the bar when they get off work in a kitchen, which makes for a casual after work date.

Because of social proof and power position, I've seen managers/bartenders/owners clean house on the women in restaurant settings. I'm talking the type of situation where they've slept with 3,4, or 5 of the women on the staff. I've seen this situation working at Kmart many years ago too. My buddy also cleaned house working as a shift manager at a Home Depot. He was in his late 20's landing 18-25yr old hotties that worked there.

Use this time to practice, You have lots of girls to flirt with so practice. You should be able to talk to any girl and not feel discomfort. If you practice hard you get a ton of cute girls you are friends with this = social proof, and your a better person.
