Depends what kind of mood you want to set. Generally I would say play whatever music you like since they are most likely curious what music you're into. However, if you're looking for fun, good dancing music can lead to some fun one-on-one crazy dancing in the privacy of your place, which has a lot of possibility. Depends on the person though.

Check out the Amplified Heart album by Everything But The Girl. Sounds like what you might be looking for. Walking Wounded is also really good. You'll probably at least recognise their songs Missing and Wrong.

Anything awesome. I have a ridiculous record collection, and I love teasing girls for not knowing some of my favorite bands (easy to do, I'm an indie rock nerd, with all sort of obscure favorite bands).
It really doesn't matter. I've seduced girls to the soothing sounds of 80s punk rock, ambient noise music, hard bop jazz, and hard core industrial metal.
