Don't. This is just an awful idea. If he wants her number he'll need to get it himself, you shouldn't be handing out girls' numbers, they will likely get creeped out and it'll suck for you in the end.

What is he even going to do with her number? "Uh hey, this is <name>'s friend. You don't know me but I think youre really pretty" ?

If you want to be a bro, call her to hang out and bring him with, then introduce them to each other. Wing it for him and have him get her number for himself. You are doing him a favor by not giving him her number out of the blue.

Sit him down and explain that it could be a bit creepy. To make it up, get him to go with you on some sort of a social occasion where girls (others, not the HB8 specifically) are present, wing it well, introduce him, get some numbers. On the plus side you could end up building social proof with the girls.

I don't ever give out anybody's number to other people. It will be a big issue for some people if you do this.

If they want it, and they have at least met the other person, I tell the other person "hey such and such wants your number. Should I give it to him, or do you want his/her number?" Or I just organize some outing where they are both invited and let them sort it out themselves.
