So I've been reading seddit a lot lately, even posted a question or two with some great responses. I "feel" more confident, but still don't have the balls to actually put anything into practice (ie. approach a girl on public transportation, do a simple approach etc.). For instance the whole "talk to everyone" topic was fantastic, but carrying it out is another thing. I know my motivation is a LTR, I've been single forever(alone). I know I am shy and introverted, I have gotten better over the years but I still have a fear of certain social situations (ie. approaching a stranger).
My question is if you were in the same position, reading all this stuff but not actually practicing it, what was the idea or push that you needed?
