No disrespect intended, but one of the most common pieces of advice here is "hit the gym". It's very important for men, and even more important for women (because men are that much more visual). If you have trouble maintaining a perfect diet (like me), it's that much more important to keep your "workout program ahead of your diet". Frogma has adrressed your other issues.

The common consensus here about asking girls what they want is this: "They don't know, don't bother asking." I see A LOT of bad advice in here, the bit about the 'put your hand on their cock' is absolutely bollocks. This is the best advice I've read, even if it isn't directly correlated.

Looks matter, but negs also do depending on how confident the guy is. I was at a party and some girl came up to me and threw one at me she said "You look like you have the personality of Scot Disick" and walked off. I didn't know much other than he was some asshole on tv.

I chased her down and we talked for a long time and built attraction with me... I know this material but it took me a while to realize what she had done. She had game for sure, I was impressed to say the least.

EDIT * most of this advice is how to improve your looks which is 100% true and takes time, but there is stuff you can do in the meantime like developing your game
