So I had date #2 with the feisty-as-hell girl from this FR, but sadly, she wasn't so feisty this time. She was pretty much eating out of my hand, agreeing with everything I was saying, and clearly nervous as hell.

I think I'm intimidating her, which is making her scared to give me shit, or even disagree about trivial things. Which makes the whole continuing seduction less challenging and exciting for me. Meh.

I mean, if she turned it down just a notch or two, I would feed gratified, like I had tamed a tiger. But I feel like I don't even have the tiger now.

Moral for any women reading: being a pushover is unattractive for everyone, not just when guys do it.

Edit: She did make one sort of shit test via text beforehand:

me: Knock knock [long story why I texted that]

her: Who's there? [didn't actually expect her to run with it, though in hindsight that makes sense]

me: Control freak. OK, now you say, "Control freak who?"

her: Control freak who? etc.

me: Good girl. Now, are you free Friday night?

her: I might be free. When can I pencil you in for a phone call to confirm?

WTF, this is a simple yes/no question, there's no need to complicate it, and did she really just say "pencil you in"??

me: Lol, just have your carrier pigeon send me a smoke signal if you can meet me at 8 tomorrow

her: Haha, well my secretary uses only midcentury technology and insists on a phone call. She would also like you to know that I have an open schedule today.

me: Sadly, I'm busy all day. Your admin can call me to say yes at 8ish tonight, or possibly Friday late morning.
