Original Ad: with our comments | App is called - PUA Tracker | Video about it

I have seen that PUA Tracker ad up there once in a while and was not quite enthusiastic about it when I first saw it. I mean face it we all had being advertised to while trying to improve ourselves here on seddit. But I said fuck it let's see what it has and tell them to make it more of what we want or that they were not going to do well here.

Turns out it may not be so bad. Some things I didn't know before:

Good news everybody:

I spoke with the guy running the ad about functionality. He said that they liked some of our ideas and will try to add those functions for us and if we would like that they would even use reddits API to send our FRs directly to seddit for us.

I will be trying out this on their website. It would be great if others could test out the app and send me private messages about it. If this is actually a good app then I will post it on the sidebar. If not I will post another post saying why it isn't good and why we are not going to be using it.

Let the reviewing begin - Also please note any functions you want added.

Current functions we asked about:

  • A chat room - and more specifically for seddit users.
  • Does help show other sedditors or PUAs in the area and gives the option of sending them messages.
  • Small profiles of other sedditors and allows messaging between them (current feature?)
  • Preset IRC chats? (seddit's is #reddit-seddit)
  • Android and other platform usability.
  • Ability to rename it in your phone. Ideas for rename/s: Social Mastery, Social Aid, Social Calendar Etc., Social APP
  • NEW IDEA - Affirmations Reminder Program (CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO ON THIS)
  • A donate button... I mean seriously if we want cool features someone has to pay for it at some point. I am unsure of how they are actually funding this.

If anyone has any other features they don't see they would like added let me know so I can pass it on.

UPDATES

  • Upon our suggestion they have added a chat room and our willing to make us our own seddit room if the demand is high enough.
  • Affirmations look like they will be coming through.

Hopefully the other changes come through as well. Also please keep me posted to any bugs, funny business, etc. that you encounter.
