Reddit, help! I need some advice what to text this girl to line up our third date!

TL;DR: Picked up chick at company holiday party. Crashed at her place the second date. Got through all the bases except the last one. She seems distant and my text game is nonexistent, logistical, and boring. Her reply last Tuesday, one week ago: "All my coworkers are coughing. I think I'm next so I'm laying low till it passes. I'll text you when I'm 100%." I replied, "Ok, stay well!" What should I do or write back and when? Best nights for her to hang out are Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Here's the story:

I went to the company's holiday party with a mission mid December. I chatted up every cute girl that I didn't know until I found one that wasn't directly related to my coworkers. We chatted for an hour or something, I don't remember. I got past her shit-test: "You're just one of those guys!" I don't remember what I said; in fact fact, I don't remember anything from our conversation -- just that one question! We kissed for a while at the end of the night in front of the remaining coworkers and we took a cab back to her place. We got slightly inappropriate in the back of the cab. I hinted, she told me she's not inviting me in, I went home. I texted her next week, we met at a wine bar, she was forty minutes late finishing dinner with her girlfriend. I probably should have rescheduled, but whatever. We chatted. I got to know her without making it known that I didn't remember anything from the previous conversation. She invited me to a club where she knew some people. We kissed in the back of the cab on the way there. We played proper in front of her semi-friends for a while, then started a heavy kissing session after one or two hours. We left, I hinted that I wanted to crash at her place, she accepted and made it very clear that her pants would stay on! We went up to her place, got in bed, I started making moves, her top came off, I tormented her for (what seemed like) an hour in every possible way. But still, she kept her pajama pants on!!! I've never seen such a determined chick! As she was squirming while I was licking her ear, I whispered, "Imagine what my tongue can do to you down there!" and she replied, "Maybe next week" in a teasing voice. She's pretty sassy overall. I texted that we should skip the last week of December given how crazy busy it is for both of us. I contacted her last week on Jan 3rd. She texted back the stuff I mentioned at the top of this post. Her free days, Wednesday and Thursday, are just around the corner. What is a good course of action here?
