If she's looking at her phone constantly, you're probably not offering enough value. While you're always the buyer not the seller (you're not advertising yourself to girls, girls are advertising themselves to you), you still need value so that the girl is interested.

A girl should like you enough to not look at her phone constantly. If she's choosing her phone over you, then you haven't sparked enough attraction, or you haven't hooked the set, or you don't have enough value, whatever you want to call it.

In reality, not every girl will go all head over heels and fall in love with you, but maintaining this frame is much better than, "oh what should I say for <x> and <y> situation?" Of course I've had girls text/call during conversation, but it's never to a point where it gets rude or annoying.

I love flipping the script and being playfully overdramatic in these cases. "WOW. God, that is just SO RUDE. I can NOT believe you would be on your phone." Maybe something along those lines.

Edit: I've also had a girl who was just really busy with work, so she had to be on her phone constantly. It actually became an inside joke, where we would pretend to pull out our phones and pretend to ignore each other during intimate moments.

I usually say "hey that's a cool phone, can I see it?", then pocket it without even looking at it and continue with the conversation. Then ignore whatever she tells you about the phone and make her work to get it back, or even better, wrestle you for it.

"Thats a really cool phone, not as cool as mine.. EVEN IF you have the same phone.. Pull out your phone and talk it up like it's way cooler because it has silent/vibrate"

OR

If you can say it with the right vibe "yeah, I wish I remembered my phone, I'm kinda bored too..."

if you are super cocky normally, "Hey the entertainment is over here hun"

I go with the basic 'are you on a date with me or your phone?', I've even pretended to get up and leave which almost always results in them begging you to stay and them putting their phone away.

Read this somewhere, ask her if she is addicted to her phone, after she put away her phone. You can ask if she has any other addictions, if she says no, just grain and say "you will soon"
