When I slimmed down to 210 at 20% body fat, it was much easier to meet women!

Now that I am down to 195 at 11% body fat it is more challenging to break the shield that women automatically put up. Women are intimidated by men that are better looking than them. However, being in shape puts me in the seat to get picked up rather than doing the pickup.

You will start seeing things from an entirely different perspective. Keep it up!

ie good grooming, clean, good clothes, in shape etc. sounds like you're already doing those, so you'll be fine.

Kino is.. touching.

Think of it as escalation escalation escalation, start small (shaking hands) and end... with the ultimate kino (Intercourse).

So you start small, start talking with someone and after a few seconds introduce yourself Hi my name is... and offer your hand for a handshake, which is a socially accepted form of contact. If you don't get a handshake... you might want to re-think your approach or it's the wrong timing, or.. you're out of your league... something's not right.

After the handshake... a few some second and either you say something funny that engages her, or something exciting happens (YOU make it happen) do a high five another socially accepted form of touching... from there.. escalate, it all depends from your personality.. make fun of her and tell her that her high five was weak and challenge her to give you a strong high five.... escalate escalate escalate... at some point there has to be a hub before a kiss, right?

Make her comfortable with you touching her, and she touching you, weave the kino escalation with the talking escalation, subject and closeness, you talk and you make her talk too.

Idea: Playing truth or dare is a great way to escalate.
