I'd bring it up before you go on the date. past boyfriends / sexual experience should be on the talking points before you setup a date.

If they say they are a virgin, find out how long they plan on waiting or what their "game plan" is regarding losing it, whether they need a committed relationship, etc.

This not only screens them for you, but there is a psychological principle that says once someone decides they would act a certain way in a given situation, they are vastly more likely to actually act that way.

So if you get her to state that she isn't looking for a relationship and is open to having sex with you, then once you are in the bedroom, she'll remember that self-classification and be more likely to go all the way, if that is what she wants.

I have met virgins who were practically asexual. But my current girlfriend was a virgin and is the most perverted person I know. So obviously there is a huge spectrum and a huge number of reasons why some people did not have sex, yet. Generalizations are difficult because naturally how receptive they are to physical interactions depends mostly on those factors.

One thing I can tell you though is that many things you would normally take for granted just aren't a given. E.g. it being ok to stick your hand between her legs. You have to be very concious of her feelings and her limits. Unless she is a virgin due to psychological issues, a woman that is into you will actually let you escalate quite rapidly, if you do it smoothly and not too hasty/greedyly. And if she stops you even though the two of you were already petting, that's LMR: Last Minute Resitance. She is already Down To Fuck (DTF), you just have to reassure her that she can trust you and that it won't make her a slut. (Virgins tend to have major hangups over the s-word.) Though I hate virgins for the responsibility it entails, what has worked for me is to sexualize as many things as you can. I rephrase songs on the radio with dirty sexual acts, anything that can be an innuendo, becomes an innuendo. Touch her a lot in public, like grab her booty and put your hand down her shirt (nothing forceful, just keep chipping away at the mental wall). This will get her emotionally adapted to sex being normal.

When you get her alone, escalate sexually. I'm not really sure what freezing a girl out is all about, I have never been able to wrap my head around it in practice (if anybody can explain it better I would love that).

How I escalate with great effectiveness is to begin escalation in an emotionally comforting way, like light kissing, soft trails of kisses, hair stroking, then slowly wind up to dominating like hair grabbing and light pulling, hard kissing, deliberate hard breathing, squeezing, pinning her down, pinning her wrists above her head, holding the side of her neck, etc. While I am doing this I am escalating, grabbing her breast unbuttoning her shirt, pants etc. As soon as I feel her getting out of her comfort zone and resisting a bit, I wind back down to gentile emotional rewarding, like the light strokes to her hair, soft kisses down her neck to recently exposed parts of her body, gentile making out with very little tongue, etc. And once she has gotten back into her comfort zone and has been sufficiently rewarded, I wind back up to dominant escalation.

Emotional comforting/rewarding -----> dominant escalation -----> emotional rewarding ------dominant escalation -------->

repeat as necessary
