So I go out with this girl I met through daygame last night. It was actually a quick number close at first. Maybe three minutes of talking and I ended with "Hey, I have to get going but give me your number I would love to take you out ". Anyways, we go to dinner at my usual date spot a few blocks from my apt. She's from Colombia so there is a bit of a language barrier but nothing too bad. At some point during dinner she actually calls me out for making too strong of eye contact. I brush it off and actually tease her saying something along the lines of don't you know it's rude not to look someone in the eye when you're talking to them. Is that how they do it in Colombia? Fast forward a bit and I ask her one of my favorite date questions. "What's your favorite thing in the world" She says eating, sleeping and sex. At that point, I take it as a sign to escalate the conversation. Ask her what she likes about sex, when is the last time she had sex? I pretty much figure at this point there's a high likelihood of closing as long as I don't fuck it up. After dinner I move the date to a bar around the corner from my apt. I escalate with the usual. Arm on arm touching, leg against leg, grabbing her hand to look at jewelry (or in this case lack thereof). During our conversation we're talking about how it's important to be honest with other people. I say something cheesy like "I can be very honest when I want to be" and go in for the k-close. After a few more makeouts I tell her let's go back to my place for a glass of wine. When we get up to my apt, I ask her if she wants a glass. She says no so I immediately pick her up and throw her on my bed and we go at it. She ended up staying the night and we had a lot of fun every few hrs or so. Overall, it was a great date and exactly what I needed as it had been a few weeks.

One new thing I learned which may be obvious to some of you but it really was the first time I saw it in action. Don't change what you're doing. Even after she called me out for too strong eye contact, I may have toned it down a bit but for the most part I kept at it because that's just the way I like to do things. I find it makes them nervous but in a good way. She said it looked like I was judging her which I think can be a good thing if played right.
