I've lost two girls because of this reason in the same month, I didn't fuck them quickly enough, then they found another guy who made shit happen to replace me. So for the love of god if you have a date with a girl, at least kiss her and try to sloppily escalate if anything - go for the kill if there is any opportunity!

Just now this is coming to me, thought I'd share the revelation of how important it is to make something happen. Because sometimes unlike the man who is only seeing that girl, she is meeting guys daily! I'm getting 10ish numbers a week so I'm not bitter about this - but these two had a coincidence of me not doing anything with them when the window was open, then me getting trounced.

Especially in cold pick up, make shit happen at the first opportunity, if you aren't fucking where there's a window, it will close and it will usually be out of your skill set to open it again.
