Hi guys, this is a question that has been on my mind for some time, and is especially pertinent to me. But speaking generally, what are your thoughts on this?
I hate to delve into the specifics, because it's obviously more suited for r/askseddit, but I feel like this example may be clarifying. Short version is that tomorrow I'm going on an evening lakeside 'picnic' with a girl that I definitely have strong chemistry with. I think that feeling is mutual, but for a few reasons (logistics, timing, she being kinda involved with someone else, me being a fucking PUSSY), nothing happened. But it seems that on the verge of leaving for college, she's all of a sudden interested in spending more time with me.
Not sure about you guys, but this example seems to be way more date-ish than other things we've done in the past (group hangouts, lunch, rides).
But enough with the specifics, I'd like to hear your thoughts on hanging out vs. a date. Is it more in the intention or the way the activity is presented, or both? Thanks guys!
