PUA is about improving yourself and getting your self-confidence up.

At certain point you shouldn't be worrying about how to retain a girlfriend. I think it would be exhausting if you're in a relationship and instead of doing more important stuff you have to think of using seduction techniques or think about retaining.

So the better question I think is how to achieve that state. So think about that.

Always keep DHVing...even when in a relationship. I've been in this relationship almost 4 years. "Retaining" sounds like you are worried about losing her, which is the wrong frame. Just keep things fun, rock her sexually, and DHV yourself and it should be fine.

Will have been in the seduction thing for 3 years this September, I'm gonna agree with magicaltits here, you shouldn't really have to seduce them.
