I've become significantly less shallow. That may not sound significant but it really is.

One specific key phrase I've learned here helped this significantly. This phrase is under-appreciated, I say it to myself when I so much as glance at a woman. You all probably know it, yet you probably don't utilize it (neither did I at first). What is this magical phrase?

i wonder what she's like

As I started saying this I more easily found the beauty of women, all women have something truly enchanting about them and before all I saw were negatives. I'm not saying I was a total douche, but the smallest thing would be a deal breaker to me. "Eh, I don't like blondes", "her laugh is annoying", "not my type", "we're too similar" etc etc. as I focused on "what she's like" I realized my negative mindset was disappearing.

So if you find yourself too impossible to please, I implore you to use this phrase more often.
