I've been doing for about 3 months now. Is there some type of underlying concept beneath this?
When I first started out, my interactions would get awkward quick and I would just be ignored within the 1st minute or sets would just walk away. Or even I would just walk away because of how boring I made the interaction. It would be feel so brutal going through this.

I've gotten a little better and have tried to be more polarizing. Tried to stop girls while they're walking, and would just get brushed off. I've seen guys say stuff like "I like your shoes though" (while they're walking away) or "But my mom loves me!", or some shit like that. I think it's to make the rejection better to handle? Or it's to show them you're free from the outcome.

Does anybody say stuff like this after getting rejected? Any examples? Do I still have an ego due to the fact that I want to let them to know I'm okay while they walk away from me?

Any advice would be great
