Advice on girls who respond to messages late?

The thing most people don't get about "not caring" is that it's not risky at all. What I mean is the idea people have that "if I don't continue this conversation, she will forget about me". In fact, you will have MORE success with girls in general by not caring. Let me show you 2 scenarios. The assumption is the she either likes you or doesn't like you.

A: She likes you. If that is true, she will only be put off if you keep spamming her. If you don't spam her, nothing will change. She will keep messaging you later.

B: She doesn't like you. You can't know if you're in the B group, but if you are, nothing you do matters. No text message can pick up a girl. The same applies to dates and face-to-face conversation.

So it is evident that, regardless of the scenario, you are better off not caring if she replies, i.e. not spamming her if she takes a while.

Have you gotten text messages before but were busy doing other things?

Have you ever set your phone down somewhere and left it there for a few hours?

Have you ever been out with other people when you got a text but didn't reply because you didn't want to be rude?

If you answered yes to any of the above, congratulations you are a normal person!

But seriously though, stop worrying about it so much. You don't have to move on, you don't have to play the "wait x amount of hours before replying back" game. Keep the conversation light/flirty and use it to set up a time to go out together.

She's busy or she's testing if you're needy, and it sounds like you are. Text should only be used to set up a date and that should happen in 5-6 texts total.

If you understand that they may of had to stop replying for a few hours to live their lives and your not butthurt I don't really understand how you don't know how to respond. You just do however you want when you have the time. I don't take these things personally and I'm the type of person that might not respond to a text till the next day cause I didn't have time, then forgot. So if someone else did that back to me I wouldn't be passive aggressive or anything. I'll just respond via text usually when I have time or if I see them first I'll just do that. I wouldn't stress about something that's really so minor.

Really take a step back and think would this girl be interested in me and think about all your positive qualities that make you awesome. Now step forward and lead with that state of mind.

Don't blow up her phone and fill your life with things to do so you're legitimately busy. This will help gain her interest to contact you

Yeah I'd go with whatever you're feelin at the time. If it offends you, then move on. If you don't mind then give her some time or try to meet up face to face. So many girls are flaky with their texts, especially at the beginning. I wouldn't put too much meaning behind it.

I find matching her pace to be useful. If she takes two hours to reply, then you take two hours to reply. If she takes 10 minutes to reply, then you take 10 minutes to reply. If she takes 5 seconds to reply, then you take 5 seconds to reply.

If you want to increase the pace, subtract 10%. If you want to decrease the pace, add 10%.

the girl and I would be having a boring convo (I'd be stuck in interview mode cause she didn't have very interesting replies) and again, would stop replying for a couple of hours.

Think about this from her point of view. It would be very boring from her perspective. Stop texting so much and concentrate on you.

Just don't instantly reply, give it a atleast a 2-3 minutes, sometimes even a few hours. That way you make her curious about what you're doing that can't make you answer her.

That way you trick her into asking you things, plus it makes you mysterious, which tends to be attractive.

Also maybe try to ask some bold questions, to make yourself interesting
