Some girls just flat out don't initiate texts. Man up and do it yourself, but be weary of coming off as too needy...e.g sending 3 messages to her 1, and know when the conversation isnt flowing

Most girls dont initiate texts unless their dating you. When you text her have a purpose,( are you trying to set up a date, build rapport, screen her for potential? ) never text because you just want to talk because you are bored, thats needy and she will see right through it that you have no other girls to talk to. Also once your purpose for the text is completed make an excuse or better yet have an excuse to have to go and youll talk to her later

Text her and ask her if she wants to hang out. Work from there.

Ok, I'm in this position right now. The only reason I never initiate texting the guy is because he's been so unreliable about making plans,texting back etc. There might be something that you're missing on your end. If not, then she might just be making you chase her around. Then def don't wait for her.
