Dude, people are people. She probably thinks "what the hell, who is this creep leering at me from across the restaurant". Everyone has their own narrative, their own baggage, their own pet peeves, their own triumphs.

She's just another human being bro. What you're doing is projecting your frustrations onto this person who really has no connection to you. In all likelihood, she's prolly a nice gal. Go say whats up.

People can't read your mind. But what you think causes your body to more or less represent to the outside world what you are thinking. Women are very good at reading body language. Start thinking positive things. She likes me, I'm attractive, she seems interesting, stuff like that. All your negative thoughts create your world to be negative.

All emotional states are self-perpetuating. One bitter thought feeds the next even though it may be completely unrelated. The good thing is that you can abuse the hell out of this. Instead of unwillingly feeding your bitterness, you can willingly teach your brain to love life and be un-phased by bad shit. Self-brainwashing is your friend.

Here's some suggestions.

Write down as much shit you're happy about as you can right now. At minimum, you should fill an entire piece of paper. Don't rush it. Feel "why" you're happy, smile, say it out loud and write it down. This activates as much of your brain as possible. Take the time you need to do this.
Repeat this each evening. You don't necessarily need a complete paper filled every time, but write at minimum 5 things you're happy. Focus on stuff from the current day as it also teaches your brain to more automatically "store" recent experience as happy moments instead of shitty ones. By doing it in the evening, your sleep will benefit from it.
Meditate, also daily. This can be done in various ways (research it), but a basic method is to just sit in a cross-legged position (or lie down or sit on a chair in the beginning) and concentrate on breathing slowly through your nose. If you're filled with bitterness, you might get random shitty thoughts. As you realize you have them, don't get frustrated that you couldn't focus. Instead, just think to yourself "there's no need to think of this, I'll just focus on my breathing again". If it comes back, do the same. Over time, you'll be more aware of your thoughts and can stop them if there not doing any benefit.

Those things are the most important as it directly re-programs your unwillingly shitty attitude. However, here's some other things that are also good to do:

Go to the forest, park, beach, etc. and soak all the nature in. Release your inner hippie. Your body was born to be in nature and needs this shit. You can combine it with jogging, walking or bicycling but do it regularly.
Eat healthy, exercise and sleep 8 hrs a day
Get the fuck off reddit (yes, I'm a bit hypocritical too), video games and other un-healthy habits. People don't like to hear this, but it fucks with your ability to concentrate, form abstract thoughts and handle stress.
Masturbate on your neighbors hamster (ok, maybe don't do this one (unless it fits with the point below))
Take up a hobby you'll enjoy. Maybe paint some shit. Create dildo's out of clay. Go diving. Etc.
If confidence / insecurity is the issue, there's also various ways to deal with that. Look at yourself in the mirror each day and smile. It'll feel awkward as hell in the beginning, but over time, you'll feel natural and enjoy yourself when in front of another face. Again, self-brainwashing is a lovely thing. You can also roar like an alpha on a regular basis. It pumps you up. Warning: Don't do it angrily, smile as you roar. We want happy and strong. Not emotionally unstable and strong. And of course, there's also all the advice you can read through the search function and sidebar material. Getting laid using PUA also helps (but doens't always do it alone).

This advice comes from a person who suffered from chronic pain, headaches, was insecure, taken advantage off and seen as worthless by women and felt himself constantly surrounded by negative thoughts. I broke through it and are healthy now with plenty of sex from different girls and a love of life. I still acknowledge that girls are not exclusively good, but most of them aren't exclusively bad either. It's the same with men, but just too easy to only focus on the bad, if all your experiences are related to it. It's similar to how people reject your (likely valid) reasons for being bitter, because they haven't had the same experiences as you or have either forgotten or mentally blocked them.

Forget about judging the concept of "women" or anything/anybody else. It serves no purpose. Focus on enjoying life for yourself and those you care about instead. My suggestions will help you do that.

OP I'm going to harsh but you need the truth is this.

You're waking up. You're into the bitterness stage of the redpill. I suggest you investigate this.

You also have to learn that women should not dictate your interactions or self worth. They clearly have done. You need to work on yourself- you have some serious self loathing and insecurity.

My advice for you is less than conventional, but you should meditate. Sit in silence everyday, look into your heart and find the source of this hate. Find out if it makes sense or not. Find out if is really the hot girls you hate. Approach all this in the most sincere way you can.

Why do you think they are putting themselves in a pedestal? It's you who is putting them up there by thinking they feel so special, just because you think they are hot.

Maybe you hate her because, as you said in the comments, "girls have been cruel to you". Guess what? Women like men and real men don't bitch about how life is unfair. Real men, when faced with a problem, solves it. Maybe they just dissed you because you had no game at all and whatever you did near them was an instant turnoff? If that's the case, learn from your mistake. Maybe they treated you bad just because they are evil bitches, and in this case, fuck them, you don't need them in your life anyway. But fuck them , and not every hot girl in the world. Out of the billions of people in the world, how many treated you bad? Are you really going to assume everyone is crap because a few people treated you bad?

People are people . Don't treat ugly chicks like crap and hot chicks like goddesses expecing something back (sex probably), treat everyone with respect and it will come back to you.

And hey, I don't know you at all, so please don't take any of those assumptions personally. But if they actually resonate with you, make good use of them

Stop trying to tear people down in your mind. Build them up. You should be happy that hot women have standards and don't fuck every creepy guy that saunters up to them at a club. Imagine you had a daughter. Wouldn't you WANT her to have standards? The problem isn't them, it's you. You're not good enough. I don't know what you look like, or how you act, or whatever, but whatever you are doing isn't working. So fix that. You can't, and shouldn't, change them, you can only change yourself. They'll always be there. So fix yourself.

I used to be bitter towards girls too. Girls used to come up to me at bars and be like "buy me a drink." I would, and once they got the drink they would leave. I would get so fucking mad. Now I realize that it's my own fault. I shouldn't have bought them a drink. Now if that happens I would laugh cuz its funny to get hustled like that.

Of course, there are some hot women that are stupid and turn down good guys for "bad boys" that are creeps and assholes. You can't fix stupid either. You can only feel bad for them and try to find one who isn't stupid.
