I went out, there is this busy area that is famous with being highly secular and liberal, as in girls who are more open to idea of flirting and dating.

Now problem is, while there were a lot of people, in cafes and in stores and stuff, I was like wandering with thousand questions in mind..

"What if she is older than me?", "What if she is younger than 18?", "What if she has a girlfriend right around the corner?"

And I was alone while most girls were with their friends.

Then I only found courage for this girl working at a store with a tight top and blue eyes. It went like this:

"Hi!", "Welcome", "How are you?", "Uhh, how can I help you?"

I know it was probably weird. I just tried the usual "Just say hi" method but she was like "Uh, not again".

How do I approach women when I am alone and they are not?

When the situation is being in a random cafe or something?

What to do if they are too young or old?

It is easy to flirt at college, I can start a conversation from tiniest details, know they are same age as me and it is normal to meet someone you share a school/class with.

But random encounters with random women just feels.. Difficult..

Any suggestion?
