A girl who wants to meet you has not necessarily decided yet whether she wants to fuck you (unless she explicitly mentioned this in your messages).
Whether she fucks on the first date depends on the girl, her profile, how fast it looks like she goes, how much she likes you/ is horny. It's probably more reasonable to expect you may have sex with a girl you're meeting after 2-4 dates, even longer potentially in some cases, depending on how patient you are (as a virgin probably very). 1st date sex is definitely possible, it's just not as common as 2nd or 3rd date, in my opinion.

First off dude don't expect to get laid every time. A lot of girls in tinder just want to go on dates. I've gone on probably 20-25 tinder dates and only fucked like 5-7 of those girls. And none of the times i did get laid were on the first date. Real world rules still apply even when meeting via tinder.

Meet up with them at a bar, have a few drinks, talk, have fun, occasionally touch her, kiss her when she is looking into your eyes and smiling, try and go to her or your place, keep kissing/groping, take each other's clothes off.

If you already haven't gotten vacinated for HPV, do that before loosing your V card. And herpes virus is small enough to travel through a condom... so might as well enjoy oral without a condom. Plus if you kiss enough girls your are going to get exposed that way too. Everything else you get from oral can proabably be gotten rid of with medication.
