Guys this might be the wrong place to post this, but I'm assuming some of you have been in this situation.

I've been messaging a girl that said she was in the process of getting a divorce and only wanted to chat on fb messenger to avoid problems with her ex. That's cool I guess.

We have been messaging for a few weeks and the conversations have been VERY explicit. We met up a few days ago but didn't do anything, literally 0 sexual things because it was a very public place and she only had a few minutes.

Anyways, her husband (apparently) messaged me on fb tonight from her account. He wanted to know what the nature of our relationship is and such. I didn't respond. He found my phone # in his records and texted me. Asked it I wanted to explain or wait and explain in court. It feels like an empty threat. I said if he wants to get attorneys involved I'll have my attorney contact him Tuesday and don't contact me again in the meantime. He said to have my attorney contact XXXX.

I thought they were over and done with, but apparently they aren't. Could I be in any legal trouble here? I live in SC for what it's worth. Thanks guys. I've really come to respect the guys in this sub, and the parent sub and I value your input.
