Honestly man. There are a ton of dudes that are just... I'm sorry they are just downright sad to look at. I'm not a bloody ladies man by any stretch of the imagination but geez. I've met some really hardcore pushovers.

Y'know since this happens at work, how about you just do your damnedest to detach yourself from the misery of the poor sobs that get rejected by those chicks.

As BestSC86 said, dive into that instead. Do you want to relate to those poor suckers or do you want to know what makes them suckers? And not be one of them?

Having sympathy for dudes who are simply not good with women is all fine and dandy but don't put yourself in their shoes. Because as you said, you are in fact in their shoes. So don't amplify the misery.

Its more a reflection of their insecurity. Ive noticed that less attractive people on general shit talk others. That makes it very obvious why they do it. Secure people don't shit talk or care how much better they are than others.

Focus on yourself. Mostly working out and making money. Unfortunately, since you currently do poorly with women, when you do start doing better in a year or two, you will be really jaded.

And I will give you a little nugget about women and dating...women have little else going for them in the dating world except rejecting men whom approach them.

And the dirty little secret is that women basically suck at filtering out the frogs from the princes whom approach them on an almost daily basis. Women see the guy of their dreams across the street, then there is nothing they can do about it except walk in his way and hope that he will open them....they are still constricted by society to wait for guy after guy to approach them. And they suck at figuring out whether a guy is real or a douche. They have a natural abundance mentally because of the number of dudes whom are chasing that pussy but for most girls whom are not sluts it isn't really fulfilling because they are harmed every time they make a bad frog\prince decision and fuck some scumbag or loser. Only in the plate world is it considered positive to have been fucked by the numerous losers\frogs. So unlike for a guy whose reputation skyrockets as his n-count climbs, a girl is under pressure daily by the number of losers.

You are missing a very important chance by not interacting with these women when they go on their rants...find out what signs\actions are turning them off and what would they like to see from a guy whom approached them.....it might just be looks but you need all the advice you can get. Then practice on some of them.

There's another side to this.
I'm going to try to sum it up, and I realize I am making assumptions and generalizations, but I want to try and break it down as simple as I can. Bear with me.

So, you're upset because girls are heartless and mean about rejecting you (and other guys). I'm assuming that MOST guys that hit on a girl are only after sex, not loving, meaningful relationships, because we're in the pick up forum.
What maybe you don't realize is that from the girls standpoint, she is getting hit on by multiple guys multiple times a day, and most of those guys only see her as a couple of holes to use and be done with.
I'm sure you've heard before that sex is an emotional thing for women and a physical thing for men.
So basically guys in pick up are tossing out a woman's needs for a connection before sex, and just need a hole to fuck. So it seems like it would make sense that a girl is willing to toss out a guys ego in the way she turns him down, or treat him as less than human, because seeing a girl only as a place to blow your load pretty effectively dehumanizes them.

I'm not saying YOU do that, and I hope you don't, but there are innumerable amounts of men that do, so women become hardened to it and push it away before it escalates any further.

Women have LEARNED to be harsh and "bitchy" about being approached by someone who obviously wants to get in their pants. We CAN'T be polite about it, because so many guys mistake a polite refusal or politeness in general for "yeah she wants my D" and will keep pushing the girl for what the guy wants. The girl HAS to get rude to get her point across with so many creeps that it just becomes the automatic way she responds to a random stranger trying to get into her pants.

Again this is all generalization to hopefully give you a different perspective about WHY girls behave like that, of course it won't be true in all circumstances.

Have you read models? The author talks about this. Rejecting someone isn't easy and few people enjoy doing it. When you're approaching a girl she's hoping inside that you turn out to be the guy for her. You just sound entirely too dependent on validation from women, and this is a turn off.

And women have no power is keeping a relationship going more often than not. If she's a bitch, and goes out with 1 in 50 guys, chances are she's going to be rejected pretty quickly, and she'll have wasted a few months while the guy probably kept his options open.

Being mean about it increases their social position. They get to gloat about the approaches, AND get to demonstrate how far above these guys they are. If they showed gratitude they would look less powerful.

I'm in the same boat as you as being 27 and struggling with girls. But I do get alot of attention because I work out, but girls are still evil with their choice of words. I was in a relationship for five years until my ex started becoming like one of these girls. She pick it up from her new friends. I'm starting to think this is just a fade every girl is going through or I'm just meeting awful girls.

Actually that's the type of guy I went out with most often.
I hate egos and cockiness, shy/awkward guys have none of that usually.
It was just dudes who would sit at my bar and we would naturally chat, I'd get to now a bit about them, even encourage the shy ones to conversate, and if they asked me out and I was available I'd say yes. Didn't matter if I was attracted to them or not.

Ding ding ding. Social circles multiply your outcome. If you get laid by one or two girls, a bunch of other girls are now halfway in your bed. If you strike out with two or three girls, you're shut out by the rest.

I know that sounds pathetic but I would rather be rejected with a random girl in a bar than having my work relationships affected.

That's smart, not pathetic. Gaming in social circles will just close doors for you before you ever touch the handle. The best scenarios for learning are the ones where you can be assured that any negative consequences will be minimal.
