Say it confidently and charmingly. Highest chance of success if you do it right. Leaving your number with her is not confident and besides women barely ever call or text for the first time when they have your number. Be the man and take responsibility.

I generally do this move with waitresses. Just leave them my number and, "Date? :)" on the back of my business card.

Normally I'd advise you to go in and ask for their number, but I don't like putting people on the spot when their job is customer service.

Gotten laid a couple of times with it. But start doing it with every cute waitress. Don't get invested in one target.

Ask her to write her # of a card, receipt or napkin (if you don;t want # taking to be that obvious). It's always better to take a # when you can.

Don't leave your number, get hers instead. Leaving your number and walking away makes it seem like you don't have the confidence to ask her to her face. Get in there and get it man. If you swing and miss, you're back to square one. Or you could go up to her, ask for her number and let her know you're a man with a shit ton of confidence who doesn't care if he gets rejected because he's got other bitches lined up.

What you should do before your leaving is say excuse me (name) you dropped this and then directly hand her your number and see how she reacts

If she's really busy some talk and then give your number may work, but if she's just there and movement is slow then it's better to build rapport and then ask her for a date, good luck :)
