Please don't just text back that you're free.

Make sure you include where you want to take her. It'll show her that you've put some thoughts into it what she may like to do.

Perhaps you say "not only am I free, I can't wait to take you to my favorite brunch spot near _____. This time it's my treat ;)"

I've worked in a restaurant for 5-6 years and gotten at least 200 numbers in that time.. definitely just text her like she's any other girl you'd be setting something up with. When I first started and a girl would leave me her number I would feel all this pressure to be like situationally suave or funny and it just came off weird. Just be casual and set something up, it doesn't get any easier - she's already interested

Don't text her, ring her. Introduce yourself, tell her you're free and you'd like to see her, and then where you'd like to bring her. Plan it, tell her you have to go do something but you'll text her later. Wait 2-3 hours then text her.

When she replies to your texts, never interrupt what you're doing. Less is more right now.

Not sure if you've responded yet but here is the most fool proof approach to texting a girl

Open with a call back to something that happened in your last interaction, something funny. Inside joke, something funny that happened, pretty much make her remember you and make her smile
Ask her to a specific place at a specific time. Hey, how about we go to (place) at (time) on (day)?

You HAVE to be specific. It's the most important thing. Also establish where you're meeting, picking her up. Pick her up if possible, open doors and stuff.

Keep it brief. As soon as the plans are made, say you look forward to it, and you'll touch base with her the day of. That's it
