Laying here late last night thinking the pro's and con's of using the word "date" when asking a girl out. I usually say "Let's (insert activity) at (date&time)". Not calling it a date relieves any pressure on the girl by making it more relaxed, and since most girls (or atleast the ones I've encountered) have manifested the idea that a date means that it will ultimately lead to a kiss or something more by the end of the night, they feel less of an obligation, and the "date" itself is left open to if one thing leads to another or not. Makes it feel more organic in a sense. On the other hand however, not using the word "date", I've had a few cases where during the "date", when I'd make a hint of Kino or go in for a kiss, they'd say something along the lines of that this is just two friends hanging out. You see the problem? I'm curious how you guys go about asking girls out whether you use the word "date" or not.

edit: At some point during our time together I slip in the word date so she knows my intentions. An example is we both get food and she goes and pay's for her's, But I stop her and say "ah, no, this date's on me". Low key kinda
