Start by exercising early in the day. See if you can keep it up for a couple months. Reassess then.

I don't know if you have a job, but I highly recommend getting one even if money isn't any issue. It is a great for developing social skills as your forced to interact with the same people for 8 hours or so a day.

It worked wonders for me, you may have to job hop to find one that has the right environment, personally I recommend security (most places need you to have one prior job anywhere though), as long as its a small group post, and not a solo driving gig.

I used to be pretty isolated and depressed in my very early 20's, especially in high school (hell, I used to eat lunch alone). Now I can pretty much start and hold a conversation with strangers.

Start by being honest with yourself. What are reasons you wouldn't want to sleep with you?

Do you have body image issues? If so, fix them.

Do you find yourself bored all the time? Become more interesting.

Are you not satisfied with your day to day social interactions? Practice your conversation and listening.

I would suggest splitting up the "virginity" and the "no social life" parts since it seems like you have a bit of work to do and should start by concentrating on developing good social habits in general.

Firstly, as most people on this site recommend, join a group with something you're interested in as an easy way to meet people. More importantly I'd say is become part of that community, whatever it is. Go to events, take responsibility in the community such as organizing and in general involve yourself in the goings on. Learn and share what you've learned in a context where people are interested in the same thang.

Some other social habits I've picked up:

1) Anyone you think is cool and would want to talk to again (guy or girl), add them on some sort of social media so that you can keep in touch.

2) Followup and don't be afraid to be the first person to reach out. If you discussed something, share a meme or a video about it within a few days.

3) If you think of something that a person you've met would appreciate, reach out to them even if you haven't seem them in a while.

4) Use group chats effectively. If you meet a group of people you really like, don't be afraid to apply habit 2 to the entire group and start a group chat of some kind.

In general, don't be afraid to experiment with these to find the perfect habits for you. I've been lucky to have some really amazing people to base these habits off of. There can't be enough said for having good role models to follow.

Maybe you should stop worrying about girls, sex and whatnot, and focus on finding happiness in other areas. Friends are way more important than girls. Start there. Work somewhere with people your age. Join a club, meet up group, or something.

Having sex with women is not going to magically make you happier. It isn't a massive change to losing your virginity from being a virgin. I understand you are curious, but stop romanticized sex, women, butts, vaginas, love, and all of that.

Once you figure out how to be happy, you will get laid.

Getting laid will not BRING you happiness.

There are hobos who have no money, a shitty wife, and one dog friend who are happier than most upper class people in western countries.

No seriously. Get out of your comfort zone in order to widen it further. Associate with the people you wish to be like, and heed their advice. Do not associate with those who'd discourage you from reaching your objectives.

Focus on improving yourself in whatever way you feel you need to improve? What are you insecure about? Your body? How much money you make? The car you drive? Your social skills? Your hobbies/talents? Focus on one thing at a time, and chip away at your insecurities a little bit each day. Improve your life and women will organically appear to you.
